The Triptik Empire started in spring 2012 with Nico (Guitar and Vocals), Daniele (Drums), Carl (Bass and Vocals)  Giovanni (Keys, Guitars and Vocals).  Carrying a variety of musical backgrounds they gathered their enthusiasm and their thirst of playing in order to set up the project of bringing alternative rock to Dublin.  Using the Heavy Rock N' Roll as a base the members are exploring the tripping ways of stoner rock, progressive rock, dub and other musical styles such as punk,

metal and swing to melt them with the constant research of a balance between originality, subtlety and efficiency.  Improvisations, jams, explorations, energy and steadiness are the key for their music.

 

Since 2013 the band has been playing several live performances in pubs, cafes-concerts and festivals, in Dublin and France with good success.

The motto of the band: "every single gig must be performed as if it was

the last one without any concession" is used to deliver a proper live show at each 

performance and create a space where the public and the band can release

together their overflow of energy.

 

Supported by the enthusiastic and positive critics they receive after each

of their shows the men in black and white are now looking forward to keep

rocking and growing with the project of their first E.P for this year.
